• Lead the full finance and accounts function across all Group entities including financial reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Drive the Group's capital structure strategy encompassing debt syndication, equity raising, and optimization of the balance sheet across entities.
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and regulatory filings across manufacturing, tech, and advisory verticals.
• Partner with the MD and Board on M&A evaluation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, ERP systems, MIS, and management reporting frameworks across the Group.
• Lead investor relations, lender communications, and Board-level financial presentations; represent the Group to banks, institutions, and regulators.
K E Y R E Q U I R E M E N T S
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory; Big 4 article ship or training background preferred.
• Proven CFO or VP Finance experience in a diversified group company with multi-entity financial oversight.
• Hands-on experience in debt and equity capital markets, M&A due diligence, and post-acquisition finance integration.
• Exposure to manufacturing, technology, or IT sectors within a group company structure preferred.
