We are working with a rapidly growing, enterprise-focused technology organisation expanding its Revenue Operations capability. This newly strengthened position is designed to improve commercial visibility, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making across global sales teams. You’ll join a collaborative environment where data drives decisions, and your insights directly influence leadership strategy, sales performance, and long-term revenue growth.
The GTM Sales Analyst will deliver performance insight, define key metrics, and support a disciplined sales operating model that strengthens commercial outcomes across regions and product lines.
Role Highlights
- Define and refine core sales performance KPIs
- Analyse pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion metrics
- Support budget-to-target and quota cascade modelling
- Deliver insights highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Improve Salesforce reporting accuracy and governance standards
You Will Need
- 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Deals Desk
- Strong experience in analysing pipeline and forecasting performance
- Experience defining KPIs and supporting sales planning cycles
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and operations
- Knowledge of SaaS or cloud-native commercial models
