About The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to help shape and optimise our end‑to‑end revenue engine across two core areas of our business: our high-volume, always‑on maritime inspection services, and our enterprise‑level platform solution.
The maritime inspections sector is dynamic and fast‑moving, and this role plays a critical part in helping the organisation understand market activity, spot trends, and respond with precision. You will ensure our commercial teams have the data, processes, and insights they need to drive predictable growth and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration
- Act as the primary owner of HubSpot across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Build and optimise workflows, automation, and processes to support both transactional and enterprise revenue motions.
- Maintain high data quality, strong governance, and clear documentation of CRM processes.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other systems (data enrichment, attribution, reporting, finance).
Market Intelligence & Commercial Insights
- Track market activity, customer demand patterns, and regional performance across the maritime inspections landscape.
- Analyse product mix, market penetration, competitor signals, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights to support prioritisation, resource allocation, and commercial strategy.
- Translate market developments into clear recommendations for Marketing and Sales teams.
Marketing & Sales Pipeline Management
- Own the full lead‑to‑revenue funnel for both high-velocity inspections and longer enterprise sales cycles.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead capture, routing, scoring, MQL/SQL frameworks, and campaign attribution.
- Work with Sales leadership to optimise pipeline hygiene, deal stages, forecasting accuracy, SLAs, and handoff processes.
- Maintain clarity on funnel performance and proactively surface opportunities to improve conversion.
Customer Health & Account Insights (New Section)
- Monitor customer health metrics across enterprise accounts, including usage trends, engagement signals, and renewal risk indicators.
- Partner with Account Management / Sales to surface expansion opportunities and proactively identify accounts requiring commercial intervention.
- Ensure customer lifecycle data is captured consistently in HubSpot to support churn prediction and retention strategies.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
- Track key commercial metrics: ARR, CAC, churn, conversion rates, funnel velocity, ACV, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment.
- Identify bottlenecks across the revenue engine and deliver clear, actionable insights- not just data.
- Support forecasting and scenario modelling across both transactional volumes and enterprise pipelines.
- Support annual and quarterly budget planning by providing data-driven insights, scenario modelling, and performance baselines for key commercial metrics.
Process Optimisation & Enablement
- Design scalable, repeatable processes that support growth in a fast-paced and evolving market.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and operational guidance for commercial teams.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement for Marketing and Sales teams.
- Support the optimisation of the quote-to-order-to-invoice process in partnership with Finance, ensuring data accuracy, timely handoffs, and revenue recognition readiness.
- Drive behaviours that support clean revenue recognition through improved deal hygiene, consistent use of commercial processes, and accurate data capture in HubSpot.
- Act as a trusted advisor on tooling, data governance, process optimisation, and RevOps best practice.
What You Bring
- Exceptional analytical capability with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling, scenario analysis).
- Experience building dashboards; Power BI capability is a strong bonus.
- Comfortable working with CRM or GTM systems; HubSpot experience is a nice-to-have, not essential.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into clear commercial actions.
- Experience working across multiple revenue motions (transactional + enterprise) is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.
- Experience working in a private equity–backed environment is an advantage.

With the maritime inspections industry evolving rapidly, your insights and operational leadership will help us stay aligned with market movements, improve predictability, and ensure both sides of the business - transactional inspections and our enterprise platform - perform at their best.
