As we move towards pilot projects, grant funding, commercial partnerships and future investment opportunities, we are seeking a CFO who can help build the financial and strategic foundations required for long-term growth.

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape a business focused on sustainability, inclusion, employee wellbeing and smarter procurement.
You will play a key role in helping transform an innovative concept into a scalable commercial solution with potential applications across public and private sector organisations.
Equity Opportunity
This role is initially equity-based.
Indicative equity allocation is up to 3%, with the upper end reserved for an exceptional fundraising-capable CFO who can demonstrate significant impact through investment readiness, grant acquisition, fundraising support, commercial growth and strategic leadership.
Salary and other remuneration arrangements will be reviewed as funding, pilot revenue and commercial income develop.
Important

Startup environments are not for everyone. They require initiative, resilience and a willingness to help build from the ground up. For the right person, however, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact while helping shape the future of a growing technology business.
