We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to lead and evolve our billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition functions during an exciting period of transformation. This role is ideal for a driven, collaborative leader who enjoys implementing meaningful process improvements and influencing others to adopt new ways of working.
As we undergo an ERP implementation and explore automation through AI-enabled tools, this role will play a critical part in strengthening revenue processes, improving cash flow, and partnering with business leaders to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. You will lead a team of Project Accountants and AR Coordinators and act as a key bridge between Finance and our business operations.

What You Will Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Accountants and AR Coordinators
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Set clear expectations, deadlines, and priorities, and ensure follow through
Billing & Accounts Receivable Oversight
- Oversee the end to end billing process to ensure accurate, timely invoices are issued in accordance with contracts and project progress
- Monitor collections and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and accelerate cash receipts
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve credit and collections processes that reduce DSO and improve cash flow predictability
Revenue Review & Financial Insight
- Review monthly revenue results with business and project leaders to identify errors, variances, or unusual trends
- Apply judgment to ensure revenue aligns with standard accounting policies and contractual terms
- Analyze complex spreadsheets, identify inconsistencies, and proactively question unexpected results
Process Improvement & Change Leadership
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current revenue, billing, and AR processes
- Design and implement process improvements that scale with the business
- Act as a change champion during ERP implementation—helping teams adapt, adopt, and succeed
- Partner cross functionally to ensure data integrity, clear workflows, and consistent practices
What you bring to the table
Experience & Technical Skills
- Proven experience leading a billing and/or accounts receivable team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of standard accounting policies
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify anomalies, and question unexpected results
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or professional services is a strong asset
- Exposure to ERP implementations or system transformations is highly desirable
