Location: Gurugram (On-Site)
Work days: Monday-Friday: WFO; Saturday: WFH
Compensation: 37,000 - 40,000 INR

Role Overview
Own end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order management, fulfillment, logistics, vendor coordination, and process optimization. Ensure smooth operations across all brands and customer touchpoints on multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and returns across platforms like Shopify and marketplaces.
- Manage inventory flow, warehousing, and dispatch with internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with customer service, tech, and sourcing teams for efficient order lifecycle management.
- Track and improve KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, cancellations, and returns.
- Build SOPs and streamline workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses for timely deliveries and escalations.
- Handle vendor invoices, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Provide data insights and reports to support leadership decisions.
- Lead a small team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- 0-3 years in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or brand operations.
- Strong analytical, process-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and dashboard tools.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced startup settings with immediate ownership.
