This is not a “run ads and post content” role.
This is about building how a company grows.
What you’ll be doing- Figuring out how we position ourselves in the market
- Turning the product into a must-have, not a nice-to-have
- Defining GTM, pricing, and target segments
- Building outbound and inbound lead systems
- Running LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach
- Managing ads and retargeting
- Creating decks, case studies, videos, and ROI-driven content
- Setting up CRM, tracking, and funnel visibility
- Working with designers and interns to execute faster
You will own everything from attention to trust to leads.

It’s hands-on.
Who this is for- 3–5+ years in B2B or high-ticket environments
- You’ve handled multiple parts of growth, not just one
- You like building from scratch
Your background could be:
- MBA
- MMS (Master in Management Studies)
- Mass Communication
Degree doesn’t matter.
What matters- You’ve worked on real things:
- outreach
- campaigns
- CRM
- content
- You’ve seen how leads are generated and converted
- You’ve worked in a startup, small team, or high-ownership environment
This is not for you if- You’ve only worked in large corporate marketing roles
- You’ve only handled one narrow function (only ads, only social, etc.)
- You prefer structured roles with clear boundaries
What we expect- Ownership of outcomes, not tasks
- Ability to think and execute
- Comfort with figuring things out from scratch
Important- This role directly impacts revenue
- You will work closely with founders
- You are building the growth function from scratch
- This is not a “just marketing” role
Compensation: ₹15L – ₹18L+ with performance incentives.
