Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Mandate skill – Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Aura, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Develop high-quality, scalable code using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features or custom development as needed.
- Apply design and coding best practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in solutioning discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team around the lead role.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficient in LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist)
