Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Salesforce CPQ Developer!
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, lead complex development initiatives, and ensure adherence to Salesforcebest practices. You will mentor junior developers, guide solution architecture discussions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Salesforce environments across the enterprise.
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
Architect scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform leveraging deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Build automation using declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Utilize Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient development and deployment.
Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for performance and scalability.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into existing solutions.
Work with CPQ and Salesforce Billing (SF Billing) modules to implement end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers, review code, and lead technical discussions in Agile teams.
Support solution design, architecture reviews, and platform optimization initiatives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model.
Experience working with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and third-party applications.
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in CPQ and Salesforce Billing (non-Zuora).
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist, etc.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks relevant to Lightning.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and enterprise-level integrations.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
