Role Overview / Description
This is not a conventional job.We are looking for a long-term growth partner who will drive revenue across all verticals, build strong pipelines, open new markets, and contribute to strategic expansion. You will work directly with the leadership and play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneshwar for the Chief Sales Officer – Growth Partner Application. The primary responsibilities include leading sales strategy, managing sales operations, overseeing sales teams, and driving revenue generation. The Chief Sales Officer will also collaborate with leadership to set sales goals, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic plans for expanding the client base and meeting organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Business Development
- Drive sales across all 5 verticals (Education, Corporate, CSR, Catering)
- Build and execute a multi-segment sales strategy
- Generate and close high-value institutional and corporate deals
2.Market Expansion
- Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporates
- Identify new geographies and scale operations
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
3.CSR & Corporate Tie Ups
- Engage with corporates for CSR funding and partnerships
- Design and pitch impactful social initiatives
- Build a sustainable CSR pipeline
4. Sales Systems & Team Building
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team
- Create structured sales processes, tracking, and reporting systems
- Ensure predictable revenue growth
5. Strategic Contribution
- Work closely with leadership on business strategy and expansion plans
- Contribute to product positioning and market fit
- Bring innovation in go-to-market approaches
Who We’re Looking For
- 8–15+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Growth Roles
- Strong exposure to B2B, Education, or Corporate Sales (preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
- Ability to work in an unstructured, high-growth environment
- Someone who wants to build, not just work
