- The Deal Desk Specialist will be responsible for delivering deal structuring and pricing support across the client’s sales org.
- You will act as a key advisor to Sales, Legal, Finance and Accounting, managing deal formation and flow, implementing policy, and driving sustainable growth while reducing sales cycle times.
- Additionally, the Deal Desk Manager will help scale our Deal Desk function internally.
- We’re looking for a proactive, independent thinker, with sound business acumen and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret Workday and invoicing information and validate against Salesforce records. Document reasons for known differences.
- Read, interpret and understand complex legal agreements to get validate latest contractual product allotment information
- Packaging the various components of the executed/executable contract into a Work Order template, indicating the non-standard elements in the opportunity.
- Ensuring Accuracy of the Pricing Data table in the above work order, based on data from Workday, Salesforce and Contract.
- Implement, document, enforce processes, and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com and integrate with business intelligence software and other sales tools
- Create a Clause library for standard and non-standard deal terms, by category and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in Contract management, Order Management or Deal Desk
- BS or BA degree required
- Salesforce.com and or CRM experience specific to analytics, training, and adoption
- CLM experience preferred
- Proficient with ERP systems
- Strong competency with Excel, business models, pivot tables, charts and graphs
- Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
- Use strong logic and reasoning skills to understand and action complex concepts
- Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribution to both creating and executing business strategies
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a global environment
- Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on how to improve existing processes
- Must be a self-starter, smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
- Attention-to-detail and ability to multitask are critical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and providing training to others
