A fast-growing, founder-led company in the East LA area is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, with visibility across the Board and full ownership of finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings both executive presence and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
Compensation
$250K – $300K base + 20–28% bonus
The Opportunity

Lead all finance and accounting operations, including a tenured team
- Partner closely with ownership on strategic growth initiatives
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
- Oversee multi-entity structures and external partnerships (banks, auditors, advisors)
- Play a key role in process improvement, systems, and scalability
- Support M&A activity and business expansion efforts
What We’re Looking For

15+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience
- Background in $100M+ revenue environments
- Experience with M&A transactions
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Strong leadership style with the ability to influence and execute
- Comfortable being both strategic and highly hands-on
This is an onsite role (5 days/week) in the East LA / City of Industry area.
