Randstad is presently conducting a search for a CFO for a well-established, privately-held design and manufacturing company. This role will sit onsite Monday-Friday and will support leadership in managing the company-wide finance function.
The primary responsibilities in this role will include:
- Oversight of Accounting department to include m/q/y close, operational and transactional accounting duties, and accounting team
- Development and management of budgets and long-term forecasts
- Identifying areas for and implementing process improvements
- Be able to effectively track revenue recognition and percentage of completion
- Management of banking relationships as well as 3rd parties
- Play a key part in decision-making per analysis and leadership meetings
The ideal candidate will have 15 + years of relative experience within manufacturing, CPA a plus, a great attitude, be systems savvy, and have top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
