About The Role
As a
Business Operations Associate at Alaan, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — turning ambiguous business problems into clear plans and driving cross-functional initiatives that keep the company running at its best. You'll partner closely with the GTM team & leadership to build the reporting frameworks, operating rhythms, and revenue intelligence that power smart, fast decisions across the business.
What You'll Do
- Support the design and execution of Alaan's operating model — including planning cycles, goals tracking, business reviews, and cross-functional governance
- Drive strategic projects (e.g. new tool implementation, new initiatives, process improvement) that span multiple teams, coordinating across Departments
- Translate ambiguity into structure: take an open-ended business problem, break it down, and come back with a clear recommendation and a plan to execute it
- Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that give leadership visibility into business performance
- Drive Revenue Intelligence initiatives connecting customer and GTM data to support broader business decisions
- Manage and improve internal operating rhythms — meeting cadences, documentation standards, escalation paths, and decision-making forums
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a high-growth startup environment
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data, and translating numbers into actionable recommendations; Working knowledge of SQL is a must
- Proven stakeholder management within GTM functions — sales, customer success, and marketing.
- High business acumen: understands how business decisions connect to revenue, cost, and growth outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce crisp executive-ready outputs independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment with limited oversight
- Prior exposure to fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services is a plus
