What You'll Be Doing
What We Need:
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager within our Allstar Business Solutions division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business and is located in our Knaresborough office in North Yorkshire.
In this role, you will ensure our sales processes run efficiently and effectively, capturing every opportunity generated through our customer acquisition channels. You will continuously assess lead flow, routing, and pipeline progression, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.
You will take ownership of key sales technologies—including our distribution engine and dialler platform—ensuring they are fully optimised to maximise the performance of our inside sales teams. You’ll also champion the use of our wider tech stack, including gamification tools that support and enhance our incentive programmes.
