The Opportunity
This is our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire - and it's a genuine opportunity to build something exceptional from the ground up.
Helping fitness businesses grow better than anyone else on the planet starts with building the best commercial engine ourselves. We need someone who's energised by that challenge - who sees the gap between where we are today and where we could be, and can't wait to close it.
This is a hands-on role. You won't be managing a team or sitting in meetings all day - you'll be in the detail, building systems, fixing what's broken, and constantly asking "how do we make this better?" You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to drive efficiency and performance across the entire revenue cycle.

What You'll Do
Build Market-Leading Revenue Infrastructure
Design and implement systems that give us a genuine competitive edge. You'll leverage intent data, predictive signals, and automation to identify gyms, fitness clubs, martial arts schools, and boxing clubs showing buying behaviour - before they even know they're in the market. Our sales team should be engaging prospects at exactly the right moment, every time.
Own and Optimise the Full Revenue Cycle
Work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to audit, refine, and continuously improve every customer-facing process. From lead generation through to onboarding and expansion, you'll identify inefficiencies and eliminate them. No opportunity should ever be lost due to poor execution.
Become Our Metrics Authority
Build reporting and dashboards that surface genuine insight. You'll know our conversion rates at every stage, understand where deals stall, identify which segments and channels perform best, and translate data into clear actions. You'll spot problems in the numbers before they become problems in the pipeline.
Leverage AI to Accelerate Everything
We're serious about using AI - particularly Claude - to enhance how we work. You'll explore and implement AI-powered workflows across the revenue function: smarter lead scoring, automated research, enhanced personalisation, faster reporting. If there's a way AI can make us more effective, you'll find it and operationalise it.
Master and Maximise HubSpot
HubSpot is our core platform, and you'll own it completely. From CRM architecture and automation workflows to reporting, sequences, and integrations - you'll ensure we're extracting maximum value from every feature. If there's something HubSpot can do that we're not doing, you'll implement it.
Scale for International Growth
As we expand into Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond, you'll adapt our systems and processes to support multi-market operations while maintaining the efficiency and quality that got us there.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
• 2-3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Expert-level HubSpot knowledge - you should know the platform inside out and be able to build sophisticated workflows, reporting, and automations without hesitation
• Experience with intent data platforms, lead enrichment tools, and the modern sales tech stack
• Strong analytical capability - comfortable interrogating data, building reports, and turning metrics into strategy
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and operational efficiency through hands-on process work
• Already using AI tools daily to enhance your productivity - you see AI as essential to how you work, not a novelty (we use Claude extensively and expect you to as well)
