The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS). We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. This role is for the Agentic Architecture GTM Specialist responsible for the growth of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and complementary open-source native agentic architectures on AWS driving complex Agentic use case adoption in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to own and shape this high-growth domain.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for Agentic domain driving adoption of Amazon AgentCore with Amazon Bedrock across EMEA
- Develop and execute account-level Agentic strategies for high priority customers running or evaluating complex multi agentic use cases
- Interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as with developers and technical architects, to drive adoption of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and agentic architectures, develop pipeline for agentic AI solutions, secure lighthouse customers implementing multi-agent systems, and drive top-line revenue growth in the EMEA region.
- Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels to accelerate Agentcore use case adoption
- Lead scaled GTM motions including developer community engagement, customer roundtables, workload assessments, and regional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with AWS Product and Technical teams to create customer-facing solutions for agentic architectures, including reference architectures, design patterns, automation frameworks, and AgentCore feature roadmap input.
- Serve as the voice of EMEA customers to Product teams, driving feature parity and regional requirements for AgentCore capabilities.
- Work with Marketing to develop and align digital campaigns, thought leadership, and customer success stories that drive awareness and demand for agentic AI solutions on AWS.
A day in the life
You will lead the go to market strategy for one of the most exciting and high growth domain. No two days are the same. You might start your morning on a deep-dive with a Fortune 500 financial services CTO for their enterprise-wide intelligent agentic automation initiative. After lunch, you're co-developing a joint GTM motion with a leading systems integrator to accelerate agentic AI deployments across their enterprise client base, before jumping into a pipeline review with Area AI/ML sales leader. You'll collaborate daily with account teams, solution architects, partner managers, and AWS service teams — connecting the dots between customer needs, technical capabilities, and market opportunity to win.

The EMEA WWSO AI/ML Geo Specialist team within AWS's Worldwide Specialist Organization owns and executes go-to-market strategy for the full portfolio of AWS AI/ML services. We serve customers across the complete AI lifecycle while also leading the way to drive net new innovative use cases in this domain. Our customers include some of the most technically sophisticated organizations in the world, and our work directly impacts how AI is built and deployed across EMEA.

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
- Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers
- Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers
- Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up, including designing roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
- Experience in AIML/GenAI domain and technical understanding of Agentic Architectures
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
