About The Role:
At FacilityOS we have built and continue to build, a modern revenue engine — one that runs on clean data, smart automation, and seamless system integrations.
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help build and maintain the GTM systems that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
In this role, you’ll focus on techstack administration, reporting, and ensuring a clean dataset — ensuring our go-to-market stack is scalable, efficient, and insight-driven.
You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with partners across GTM, Enablement, and Data — serving as the connective tissue between business processes and the systems that support them.
Salesforce & GTM System Administration
Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including field updates, user support, basic automations, page layouts, and dashboards.
Process and manage ad hoc system updates across Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Leads, Campaigns, and related objects.
Ensure Salesforce and connected systems (HubSpot, Gainsight, Gong, Salesloft, Pendo, etc.) remain aligned and accurately reflect the customer lifecycle.
Assist in maintaining clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and data definitions.
Data Integrity & Reporting
Maintain high standards of data hygiene and governance across all GTM systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Monitor data quality and proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, or process breakdowns.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support teams across the org (Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Product).
Fulfill recurring and ad hoc reporting requests to support day-to-day business decisions.
Support forecasting and performance tracking by ensuring underlying data is reliable and structured.
Process & Operational Support
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to support updates and improvements to GTM processes.
Help enforce consistent use of Salesforce and related tools to ensure clean pipeline and customer data.
Contribute to process documentation and internal training materials.
Support system enhancements and tool implementations as needed.
Why This Role Matters
This role is critical to maintaining a clean, organized, and scalable revenue tech stack. By ensuring accurate data and well-structured processes, the RevOps Analyst enables our go-to-market teams to operate efficiently, make informed decisions, and present a reliable view of the business to leadership and the market.
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related analytical role (SaaS or technology environment preferred).
Hands-on experience working within Salesforce (reporting, fields, basic automation, dashboards). Salesforce Admin certification is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ would be a significant advantage
Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, Gong, Pendo, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
Strong comfort working with data, including reporting, data validation, and basic data cleanup.
A detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over data quality and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, organized approach with a desire to build and maintain clean, scalable systems.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll play a critical role in building the foundation that powers our revenue engine — ensuring our GTM teams have the tools, data, and automation they need to operate at peak performance.
