Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator with experience in LED, AV, or signage-related industries to support our Toronto office and showroom.
This role combines administration, logistics, showroom coordination, and sales support, with a clear growth path into a sales/account management role.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Showroom Operations
- Manage daily office and showroom operations
- Receive and host clients visiting the showroom
- Provide basic LED/display product introductions and demonstrations
- Maintain showroom setup, demo equipment, and presentation materials
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, deliveries, and receiving
- Manage samples, spare parts, and inventory tracking
- Support warehouse organization and logistics scheduling
Sales & Customer Coordination
- Support sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate client communication and after-sales service
- Track project timelines, orders, and internal coordination
Field & Project Support
- Occasionally attend project sites, installations, and client meetings
- Assist with on-site coordination and operational support
- Support trade shows and company events
Qualifications (Important)
- Experience in LED display, AV, signage, construction, or related industries is strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or operations roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with system integrators, sign companies, or construction projects
- Familiarity with CRM / project tracking tools
- Bilingual (English / Mandarin) is an asset

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
