About The Role
As GTM & Enablement Manager at Yousign, your mission is to increase revenue productivity by equipping Sales teams with the right content, training, processes, and tools to win consistently across SMB and Mid-Market.
You will build a scalable enablement engine covering onboarding and continuous learning. Cross-functional alignment will be key to drive the performance of the sales organization.
What you will do
Design & deliver onboarding programs
- Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.
- Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.
Create and manage sales content
- Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.
- Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.
Drive continuous learning & enablement initiatives
- Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.
- Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.
Lead GTM project management for product launches
Coordinate cross-functional actions between Product and Sales to ensure aligned and timely execution.
- Define and track KPIs for each launch, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.
- Structure launch plans, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.
Collaborate across teams
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.
About You
- You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.
- You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.
- You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved.
- You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
