Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage day-to-day operational workflows across multiple workstreams with speed and accuracy
- Support budget tracking and reporting, including maintaining trackers, monitoring spend, and ensuring data accuracy
- Maintain and improve internal systems (e.g., Airtable, spreadsheets), ensuring they are reliable and up to date
- Run recurring processes (e.g., reporting, intake tracking, coordination) with consistency and attention to detail
- Triage and manage incoming requests, ensuring timely routing, follow-ups, and completion
- Partner with the team to support coordination of ongoing projects and priorities
- Use our AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline workflows, improve output quality, and reduce manual work
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively suggest lightweight improvements
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or an operations/generalist role at a fast-paced tech company
- Proven ability to execute reliably in high-volume, fast-moving environments
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets, trackers, or financial coordination
- Comfort working with structured processes while handling ambiguity as needed
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve workflows or productivity
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Airtable or similar workflow/database tools
- Experience improving or optimizing operational processes (not just maintaining them)
- Familiarity with automation tools or low-code/no-code platforms
Details
- Contract role (6 months)
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- In-office in San Francisco 3 days a week (M-W)
