Arbora Health is building the modern AI-powered revenue cycle platform for behavioral health clinics.
We help clinics manage claims, denials, payer workflows, reporting, and revenue operations with real-time visibility and operational intelligence. We’re growing quickly and already work with large behavioral health organizations processing millions in collections every month.
We’re looking for a highly organized, high-agency Business Operations Lead to help build the operational backbone of the company.
About the Role
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves making companies run smoothly.
You’ll work directly with the founder and own many of the operational systems and workflows that keep Arbora moving quickly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You should be excited about ambiguity, willing to wear many hats, and comfortable handling everything from financial modeling to coordinating with legal vendors to improving internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve internal operational workflows
- Coordinate with external accounting, legal, tax, compliance, and HR vendors
- Support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and people operations
- Build reports, spreadsheets, models, and operational dashboards
- Help manage budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial planning

- Financially literate and confident with spreadsheets/models
- Resourceful (especially with AI)

Requirement
- Startup experience (series A or earlier)
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, operations, consulting, banking, or BizOps
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with financial modeling and operational analytics
- Experience coordinating with vendors and external partners
- Experience using tools like Notion, GSuite, Slack, Linear, Looker, or similar
Compensation
- $100k–$130k base
- Up to 1.0% equity
Location
- Bay Area is preferred. But not required. Remote is ok.
