Role Summary
The Business Operations Professional is responsible for end-to-end operational governance across accounts, clusters, and programs. The role ensures predictable delivery operations, financial hygiene, capacity readiness, AI value realization tracking, and growth enablement , while acting as the single source of truth for leadership, customers, and GTM stakeholders . This role is execution oriented , data driven , and outcome focused, with strong stakeholder orchestration across Delivery, RMO, and Leadership.
Strong experience in Business Operations / Program Operations / PMO
Proven ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder environments
High financial and commercial acumen
Excellent executive communication and data storytelling skills
Comfortable operating at account, cluster, and leadership levels
Responsibilities
Track projected revenue and margin on a weekly basis
Own timely invoicing , system uploads, and customer issuance
Monitor invoice payments, credit holds, and dispute resolution
Manage FWR / WAR / Zero Dollar initiation, tracking, and reporting
Track T&E and account related expenses with variance insights
Drive capacity planning and onboarding execution in alignment with demand
Coordinate with RMO on capacity fulfilment and reporting
Own DPO management for budget and assignment scheduling
Track timecard submissions and compliance reporting
Manage bench visibility and utilization tracking
