Data & Analytics
- Data Extraction & Integration: Pull and integrate data from various marketing and sales systems, including Marketo, Salesforce, and internal databases, using SQL queries and other data extraction tools.
- Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs, measure marketing impact, and provide self-service analytics.
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Insight Synthesis: Form hypotheses and derive business insights from quantitative and qualitative data to present a holistic view of opportunities and challenges.
- Measurement & Reporting: Manage quarterly measurement operations, optimize processes, and present monthly and quarterly updates with clear, compelling narratives.
- Operational Excellence & Project Management
- AI Operations & Testing: Initiate and lead testing modules for marketing AI tools to support GTM infrastructure.
- Project Management & Critical Thinking: Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Troubleshoot issues and keep workflows on track.
- GTM Organization: Define scope, goals, and deliverables; manage workstreams; and coordinate stakeholder efforts for B2B GTM initiatives (e.g., webinars, in-person events).
- Stakeholder Management & Conflict Resolution: Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role in B2B AdTech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Scripts, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Looker/Looker Studio
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to B2B marketing and experience with leadership communications
- Proven experience in dashboard creation, deep-dive analysis, and presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
