Our platform supports both production and sales workflows, from run of shows, guest research, and performance insights to advertiser prospecting, proposal creation, and sales materials. We work with leading media brands including Amazon, Sony Music, Wave Sports + Entertainment, and Dear Media, helping their teams move faster, operate smarter, and make more informed decisions across content and monetization. We are a small, high-velocity team building at the intersection of AI, media, and workflow software, and we are looking for an Growth / GTM team memberwho is excited to drive revenue while also helping customers succeed, retain, and grow with Jamie AI.
Role Overview
This is a in-person revenue and customer-facing role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys owning relationships from early sales conversations through onboarding, adoption, and long-term account success.
You will be responsible for generating and advancing sales opportunities, closing new business, onboarding and supporting customers, increasing product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring clients are getting meaningful value from Jamie AI. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts closer, relationship builder, operator, strategist, and problem solver.

Pay (OTE)
- $100,000 - $150,000

What You’ll Do Sales Responsibilities
- Own outbound and inbound sales efforts across podcast networks, studios, media companies, agencies, and brand partnership teams
- Qualify leads and identify strong-fit prospects for Jamie AI’s product offerings
- Conduct demos and product walkthroughs tailored to prospect needs
- Own opportunities through the pipeline from initial interest to close
- Draft and send thoughtful follow-ups, recap emails, onboarding notes, and relationship-building communications
- Assist with proposal development, pricing conversations, and packaging recommendations
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Maintain CRM hygiene and keep notes, opportunity stages, and account details up to date
- Partner with leadership on sales strategy, customer feedback, and account prioritization
Customer Success Responsibilities
- Support onboarding for new customers and ensure they are set up for immediate success
- Train users on best practices across the platform, including sales and production workflows
- Build strong relationships with customers across multiple stakeholders, from individual users to leadership
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day support, questions, and optimization recommendations
- Monitor adoption, engagement, feedback, and account health
- Proactively reach out to customers to improve usage, answer questions, and identify blockers
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it clearly to the product and leadership teams
- Help customers translate Jamie AI’s capabilities into real workflow improvements and business value
- Support renewals and retention by ensuring customers see measurable value from the platform
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to surface issues, patterns, and opportunities
- Help improve onboarding materials, support resources, internal playbooks, and customer-facing documentation
- Contribute to building repeatable systems for both sales and customer success as Jamie AI grows
- Help shape a world-class customer experience in an early-stage environment
QualificationsRequired
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading calls, demos, trainings, or customer conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts, conversations, and priorities at once
- Ability to work independently and move quickly in a startup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Genuine interest in technology, media, podcasts, creator businesses, or digital content
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable next steps internally and externally
Preferred
- Experience working in SaaS, media, advertising, creator economy, podcasting, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools
- Experience supporting both net-new business and existing customer growth
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a highly entrepreneurial environment
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers
- Passion for AI tools and curiosity about how technology can improve workflows
