The Role:
* Lead and execute the organisation's financial strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
* Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO and Board, influencing key decisions
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all departments
* Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks

The Person:

* Commercially astute with strong financial governance and strategic planning expertise
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
