About The Role

Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
∙
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∙
Financial Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.

Fundraising and Lender Partnerships: Architect and execute a diversified fundraising roadmap across Secured/Unsecured Term Loans, CC/OD limits, and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

P&L Analysis and Optimisation: Analyse revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability drivers to optimise the company's P&L performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to provide insights into financial performance and support decision-making.
∙
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risk through effective risk management practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∙
Financial Operations: Streamline financial operations, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
∙
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
