We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the company’s financial operations and long-term financial strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, ensuring financial stability, and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.
This role requires strong financial leadership in a fast-paced environment with international business exposure to scaling operations and profitability management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial strategy and planning for the organization
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, Forex, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and IPO process and compliance functions
- Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimization
- Drive cost control strategies to improve profitability
- Manage taxation, audits, and statutory compliance
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership
- Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership team for business expansion plans
- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance systems
What we're looking for:
- Experience required at least 5+ Years
- Strong expertise in Financial Management & Strategic Planning
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Investment Planning & Capital Management
- Risk management and financial control expertise
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in Startup or fast-growth and dynamic international business environments
- Aware of these industry Export or Ecommerce or FMCG or Lifestyle.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
