Urgent Hiring: We are looking for a Fractional CFO (CA) to work closely with the founder and support financial planning, compliance, and fundraising.

- Role: Fractional CFO (Part-Time)
- Location: Mumbai (Hybrid / Visit 1–2 days per week)
- Compensation: ₹2,00,000 per month
- Experience: 5–12 years
- Joining: Immediate
Role Overview
This is a strategic + hands-on role.
You will work directly with the founder while execution is handled by:
- Internal accountant
- External accounting & payroll agencies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and financial planning
- Manage and optimize cash flow
- Oversee GST, TDS, and tax compliance
- Coordinate with CA, CS, accountant, and agencies
- Support in loan / debt raising and financial structuring
- Build financial models and projections
- Set up and improve financial systems and processes
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 5–12 years of experience
- Experience in startup / D2C / e-commerce (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial planning
- Compliance
- Taxation
- Fundraising / debt
Important (Read Before Applying)

- Candidate should be willing to work directly with the founder
- Must be comfortable in a hands-on startup environment
- Prefer candidates who can commit 1–2 days per week
