We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ experience to support and enhance our enterprise CRM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, supporting end-to-end business processes and integrations with enterprise systems.
This is a hands-on role working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, improve system functionality, and drive continuous platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Participate in the full application development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Develop custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers, test classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce
- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security models
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered and screen flows) to automate business processes
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) using APIs and integration tools
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Support deployment activities and maintain documentation including technical designs and test results
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds, including CPQ (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator required
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Developer Console, Workbench)
- Experience configuring Salesforce (workflows, validation rules, approval processes, security models)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its role within sales and service processes
- Experience with Experience Cloud, including customer-facing portals
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (SAP or similar preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
