Titles: Business Operation Analyst
Locations: Toronto, Canada- Hybrid
Duration: Long-term Contract
We are seeking two Business Operations Analysts / Coordinators to support high-impact initiatives across Ads/Martech and Search/Recommendations domains. This role blends operations, recruiting, stakeholder management, and financial oversight, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Domain Focus Areas
- Ads / Martech: Marketing technology and advertising operations
- Search / Recs: Search systems, recommendation systems, or recruiting operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in process/workflow development and management, preferably in recruiting or product development environments
- Strong experience creating content for technical or engineering teams (e.g., slides, reports, updates)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including leadership and finance
- Understanding of Ads, Marketing (Martech), and Data Science concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in HR operations
- Experience in project management or product management
- Exposure to Search, Data Science, Ads, or Marketing product development
- Experience managing organizational budgets
