Job Description
- Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, shaping corporate strategy
- Lead capital strategy, fundraising, and investor engagement at Board level
- Build and scale a robust global finance function covering FP&A, accounting, and treasury
- Support corporate development activity including licensing, partnerships, and M&A
- Establish financial governance, reporting, and controls suitable for rapid growth
- Drive portfolio prioritisation, capital allocation, and scenario planning
- Manage cross‑border financial operations and complex stakeholder structures
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of senior finance experience within biotechnology or life sciences
- Proven experience building or scaling finance functions in growth‑stage companies
- Strong track record in capital raising and investor engagement, particularly experience with listing on the NASDAQ
- Deep understanding of R&D‑driven business models and clinical development economics
- Demonstrated exposure to corporate development, transactions, or strategic deals
- Experience operating in complex, international or cross‑border environments
- Credibility working with Boards, founders, and sophisticated investors
