Position Title: Revenue Operations Manager

Position Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Revenue Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing the operational infrastructure behind our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will lead initiatives to streamline lead capture, attribution, qualification, account targeting, and pipeline visibility—building the backbone for scalable revenue growth. This strategic role requires a blend of hands-on system configuration and high-level process design, ensuring our marketing, sales, and leadership teams are aligned and empowered. You will own and refine key processes from lead generation to revenue closure, improve system architecture, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Collaborate across departments to enhance GTM tech stack performance, operational workflows, and reporting structures—driving predictable pipeline creation and revenue performance on a global scale. Success includes seamless lead flow, reliable data, and an efficient, scalable revenue operations framework that supports rapid growth and high performance.
Top Requirements:
- 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience within startups or B2B SaaS environments
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and experience with tools like Clay and Gong
- Proven ability to design scalable, data-driven GTM operational systems and processes
