EqualAccess is hiring a high-potential, early-career professional to support both our consulting and recruiting work. This is a hands-on role inside a growing company - ideal for someone who wants exposure to how businesses actually operate and scale.
What you’ll do:
- Support client engagements (SOPs, workflows, documentation, and operational systems)
- Assist with recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Help improve internal operations, tools, and processes
- Contribute to tech/AI implementation and workflow efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Early career professional with 1+ year of work experience
- Highly driven individual with an ownership mentality and a proactive mindset
- Strong communicator with a willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Interested in business operations, talent, and how companies actually run
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of Excel, SOPs, Project Management, LLM's

Compensation: Contract role with a high probability of converting to full-time. Equivalent to $55,000–$65,000 annually + commission/bonus.
