Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position located in Vero Beach, FL. The CFO will oversee the financial planning and management of the club's operations, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves developing budgets, executing financial strategies to support organizational goals, and collaborating with the leadership team to drive sustainable financial health. The CFO will also manage financial reporting systems and provide detailed financial insights to assist in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Financial Planning and developing effective financial strategies
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Extensive knowledge of Finance and relevant regulations
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Experience in managing finances in hospitality, community associations, or private clubs is a plus
