Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Cold Weather Accessories team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, including order management, sample coordination, and customer support. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a passion for the apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize showrooms and sample closets
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage all in-house and off-site sales samples
- Assist in preparing sample assortments for advertising shoots and customer needs
- Support the creation of sales tools for market, including linesheets and look books
- Assist the sales team with customer service cases
- Conduct trend research and support special projects
- Compile competitive market analysis for management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience (retail or wholesale preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NuOrder is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
