Synology’s Business Operations team is expanding. The team is responsible for process and system changes across Sales & Marketing in Europe. This newly created role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of process improvement and systems thinking.
Your mission
The majority of your time (~70%) will be focused on operational and project management work, with the remaining focus (~30%) applied to technical implementation and systems support.
- Own end-to-end project coordination for process & system improvements.
- Analyse, gather, and document requirements before any tool selection or system change is initiated.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational guides.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment and ensure projects don't stall.
- Support tool integrations between Sales & Marketing platforms (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools, project management tools).
- Liaise with technical stakeholders and translate business needs into system requirements.
Your profile
You have a curiosity for how things work and a drive to make them better.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a project management role, business operations role or tech industry
- Strong project management skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate timelines, challenges, and deliverables clearly and concisely.
- A genuine curiosity about how the business operates and an ability to independently pick up unfamiliar business processes and tools.
- Basic technical aptitude to configure integrations and understand APIs conceptually.
- Fluent in English; an additional European language or Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in a Sales or Marketing operations context.
- Familiarity with common sales and marketing tools such as SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI or similar.
- Experience with low-code automation or agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code).
