Sales Operations Coordinator (Pricing & Promotions)

- £42,000 salary
- London, hybrid (2–3 days per week)
The Role
A global technology organisation is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution of pricing and promotional offers across multiple sales channels.
This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role within a GTM operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring offers are accurately created, validated and made available across routes to market including direct sales, online and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
Offer & Pricing Execution
- Create and input promotional and pricing offers into internal systems
- Validate data accuracy and ensure correct configuration before release
- Support high-volume execution of time-sensitive requests
Workflow & Request Management
- Manage incoming requests from sales and GTM teams
- Track progress, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Work across multiple concurrent requests with competing timelines
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to clarify requirements
- Ensure inputs are accurate, complete and ready for execution
- Act as a reliable operational contact for offer-related queries
Quality & Risk Management
- Identify errors, inconsistencies or risks in offer setup
- Support issue resolution and escalation where required
- Maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in a high-volume operational, sales operations, or administrative role
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems
- Experience with Jira or ticketing/workflow systems is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicating with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
