Description
Trintech is an award-winning, AI-driven fintech SaaS organisation transforming how finance teams operate. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to power our EMEA Sales and Services teams. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind deal execution, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence—driving efficiency through data, process, and cross-functional collaboration. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning complexity into clarity, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own deal execution end-to-end: quotes, contracts, renewals, and order processing
- Partner with Sales on pricing, discounting, and contract structuring to close deals faster
- Build accurate forecasts by auditing pipeline data, deal values, and booking alignment
- Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and contract systems—no gaps, no surprises
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Product) to resolve deal blockers in real time
- Create and refine scalable processes, documentation, and best practices for sales enablement
- Deliver actionable insights and performance tracking to EMEA and US leadership
Who You Are
- 3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Fluent in Salesforce and contract tools (e.g. DocuSign); strong Excel skills a must
- Detail-obsessed with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Analytical thinker who can spot issues early and solve them proactively
- Clear communicator who works seamlessly across teams and time zones
- Organized, resourceful, and quick to learn in a high-growth environment
- Equally comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
