Contract: 12 months | Hybrid (3 days onsite – Central London) | Inside IR35
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join a global media organisation on a 12-month contract.
This role sits within a fast-paced international Ad Sales environment, supporting the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across global markets.
The Role:
You’ll support the Sales team by:
- Managing and booking advertising campaigns into internal systems
- Monitoring airtime and campaign delivery to ensure everything runs as planned
- Identifying and resolving any missed or incorrect airings
- Supporting revenue tracking and ensuring accuracy across campaigns
- Producing regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders
- Liaising with global teams (including scheduling teams) to coordinate campaign delivery
- Responding to queries and providing operational support to the Sales team
- Managing changing priorities in a live environment, including reacting to breaking news
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years’ experience in a sales operations, media, or similar coordination role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an admin-heavy, process-driven role
- Proactive, curious, and confident working both independently and as part of a team
