About Aaru
Aaru operates at the bleeding edge of predictive intelligence, using AI to simulate and predict human behavior at scale. By generating and deploying instances of artificial intelligence that mirror humans, called agents, Aaru simulates entire populations with unprecedented accuracy. Our partners work with us for many reasons: they leverage Aaru to refine strategy in volatile geopolitical climates, cut new product innovation timelines from months to minutes, and deploy marketing campaigns that win in an era where consumers have never been harder to understand. We provide organizations with invaluable foresight, empowering them to anticipate outcomes and proactively make the right decisions at the right time, every time.
We're a small, dedicated, mission-driven team and we intend to stay that way. We believe the best work happens when exceptionally talented people are given ownership, trust and the space to operate without bureaucratic friction. We work with urgency and intellectual honesty and expect new team members to match our velocity. We seek individuals who thrive at the frontier, who push beyond conventional limits, who bring curiosity and conviction in equal measure, and who want their work to have demonstrable impact in the world. If you're energized by the idea of a small team doing things that feel impossible, let’s build together.
About The Role
Aaru is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to help build the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is a foundational role: we are in hypergrowth and this will be the first dedicated RevOps hire at Aaru. There is no playbook to inherit. You will help write it for an AI-native organization.
You will act as the connective tissue between our sales and deployment teams. You will own our CRM, design revenue processes, build our reporting infrastructure, and ensure the team has the data and operational clarity needed to execute at the highest level. You will work closely with the founders on everything from pipeline forecasting to deal structure and compensation frameworks.
We operate in an AI-first environment. The processes you build should be designed around what AI tools can automate, accelerate, or enhance. We expect you to bring genuine fluency with AI tooling and a bias toward applying it.
The ideal candidate has done this before. You have been an early or first RevOps hire at a high-growth B2B or AI company and understand what it takes to build a function from zero.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer Aaru's CRM end-to-end: data integrity, pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and adoption and maintenance across the team.
- Identify where AI can enforce hygiene, surface anomalies, and automate routine CRM tasks before they become manual burdens.
- Refine and own the core operating rhythms of our revenue organization: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, weekly reporting cadences.
- Build Aaru's reporting and analytics layer maintaining dashboards and performance metrics that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue trends, deal velocity, win/loss patterns, and efficiency.
- Apply AI tooling aggressively across all RevOps functions. The workflows you design should be built around what AI can automate, accelerate, or eliminate entirely. We are an AI company and we expect this role to reflect that.
- Map, document, and improve our end-to-end revenue processes: from lead routing and qualification criteria through opportunity management, handoff to delivery, and renewal.
- Support deal desk operations: structure non-standard deals, manage approval workflows, and maintain pricing and discounting frameworks.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF
- You have 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS or AI company.
- You have been an early or first RevOps hire and can speak concretely to what you built, how you prioritized, and what you'd do differently.
- You have genuine, hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational problems, and actively shipping AI-assisted workflows in your day-to-day work.
- You have deep hands-on CRM expertise, and can build complex CRM workflows and own data governance end-to-end. You can, and own data governance without asking for help.
- You are analytically rigorous: you build models in Excel or SQL, you know what good forecasting looks like, and you trust data over intuition when the two diverge.
- You operate with a high degree of ownership. You don't wait for a roadmap, you identify what's broken, propose a fix, and ship it.
- You understand the full GTM motion in a B2B environment: how sales, marketing, and customer success interconnect, and where friction lives at each handoff.
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO
- Have experience at an early-stage AI company or another technically sophisticated business where the GTM motion required more than a standard SaaS playbook.
- Have built or meaningfully contributed to AI-assisted revenue workflows.
- Have exposure to enterprise or complex deal structures: multi-stakeholder, custom pricing, or usage-based models. Understand the operational infrastructure those require.
- Have worked directly with founders or C-suite revenue leaders, and are comfortable operating at that level of scrutiny and speed.
- Have prior experience designing or administering sales compensation plans, including variable comp modeling and quota-setting frameworks.
