Summary of Role: :
In the role of Senior Lead, Sales Operations – Planning & Performance, you will serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, responsible for measuring, managing, and elevating the performance of the global Commercial organization. This role sits within Commercial Finance & Operations and is central to driving productivity, execution rigor, and predictable business outcomes.
You will translate business objectives into clear performance frameworks, operating metrics, and planning disciplines, while working side-by-side with Sales leaders to improve focus, efficiency, and results. Success in this role requires executive presence, analytical depth, and exceptional attention to detail, paired with the ability to challenge the organization constructively and drive continuous improvement through data and insight.
Essential Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize commercial performance frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and planning cadences aligned to company objectives.
- Own and evolve sales performance measurement across pipeline, productivity, execution quality, and outcomes.
- Partner directly with Sales leadership to translate strategy into measurable actions.
- Drive commercial productivity improvements by identifying inefficiencies and simplifying workflows.
- Deliver executive-ready performance reporting, dashboards, and insights.
- Establish consistent operating rhythms that raise accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Other Responsibilities
- Define and monitor data quality and performance standards.
- Maintains standard PowerBI dashboards for commercial team
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in sales or commercial operations.
- Proven executive partnership and influence skills.
- Strong expertise in performance measurement and analytics.
- CRM experience (D365 preferred).
- Power BI or equivalent analytics tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Expected Salary Range
$105,000.00 - $215,000.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
