Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations Lead located in Chilliwack, BC. The Business Operations Lead will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all business functions. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, leading projects, analyzing business data, driving sales initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to meet organizational objectives. The role also entails mentoring staff and supporting the execution of strategic business plans.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance, interpret data, and drive process improvements.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with teams, and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Operations Management to lead teams and ensure operational efficiency while achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordinating resources, and delivering results on time and within scope.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management, vendor coordination, and financial planning is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
