We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our Canadian branch in Chilliwack.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives across multiple functions including internal sales, customer service, administration, warehouse coordination, inventory control, and dispatch.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Prepare accurate quotations for saws, consumables, spare parts, and related products
- Process customer orders and issue confirmations
- Maintain customer records and sales pipeline information within CRM/ERP systems
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
- Support the external sales team with account coordination and administration
- Identify opportunities to increase sales across products and services
Customer Liaison & Coordination
- Act as a key contact for customers regarding orders, parts enquiries, and delivery updates
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and production teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally
Order Processing & Administration
- Create and manage sales orders, work orders, and job documentation
- Prepare packing slips, shipping documents, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and stock movements
- Support reporting, filing systems, and general office administration
Warehouse, Inventory & Dispatch
- Manage inventory control for warehouse stock including spare parts and consumables
- Assist with stock takes and monitor stock levels
- Coordinate receiving of goods and warehouse documentation
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Coordinate courier and freight bookings
- Prepare dispatch documentation and shipping labels
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams
About You
You are professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or operations support
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments (preferred)
- Exposure to inventory control and warehouse processes (advantageous)
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (preferred)
