Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – IPO Readiness & Execution

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial strategy with a strong focus on IPO readiness and execution. The CFO will play a critical leadership role in preparing the company for public listing, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. IPO Readiness & Execution (Core Focus)
- Lead end-to-end IPO planning and execution, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and listing.
- Drive preparation of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) / prospectus and coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement IPO readiness roadmap, including financial restatements, audit preparedness, and corporate restructuring (if required).
- Manage investor roadshows, analyst presentations, and stakeholder communications during IPO process.
- Establish strong disclosure practices and reporting standards aligned with public company expectations.
2. Strategic Financial Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
- Partner with CEO and Board on capital allocation, growth strategy, and risk management.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Financial Operations & Governance
- Oversee all finance functions: Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Compliance, and Audit.
- Build and strengthen internal controls, risk frameworks, and governance structures.
- Ensure readiness for public company compliance standards (Ind-AS / IFRS as applicable).
- Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency.
4. Investor Relations & Capital Management
- Build and manage relationships with investors, analysts, regulators, and financial institutions.
- Act as the primary financial spokesperson for investor communications.
- Lead post-IPO investor relations strategy and quarterly reporting cycles.
- Manage additional fundraising initiatives (equity/debt) beyond IPO.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5+ years as CFO / Finance Head.
- Proven track record of leading or actively managing IPOs / capital market transactions.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience working with investment bankers, PE/VC investors, and regulatory bodies.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
