Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Back Operations Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a dual-role position that combines sales coordination with backend operations support. The ideal candidate will focus on managing existing client relationships (farming), ensuring smooth sales processes, and delivering seamless operational support across the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales order booking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, and delivery) for
invoice generation and ensure timely sharing with clients.
Serve as the
primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling ongoing requirements and maintaining strong relationships.
Oversee the
complete sales lifecycle for existing accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Support backend sales operations and contribute to
process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain clear, professional communication with both
internal stakeholders and clients.
Track orders, invoices, and client requests to ensure
timely closure and follow-ups.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or client relationship management.
Strong
communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work
independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in handling
sales documentation, invoicing processes, and CRM tools.
A
client-first mindset with a focus on operational excellence and process efficiency.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing key client accounts (farming role).
Familiarity with
ERP/CRM systems for order and invoice tracking.
