Summary
Cascadia Scientific is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue to lead all revenue‑generating activities across the business. This executive role holds direct responsibility for total revenue performance, including both new customer acquisition and revenue growth within existing customer accounts, with expansion of existing accounts expected to be the most significant growth drive.
The VP Revenue will define and continuously improve Cascadia’s sales and account management processes, ensure disciplined pipeline and forecasting practices, and lead a geographically distributed commercial organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, this role is fundamentally accountable for delivering revenue results aligned with Cascadia’s budget, strategy, and long‑term growth objectives.

Cascadia Scientific is a fast‑growing scale‑up business with approximately 50 employees serving customers across multiple global regions. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and capable of both strategic leadership and hands‑on execution. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to scale commercial systems, processes, and teams as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver total revenue performance, including new sales and growth within existing customer accounts. A “Land and Expand” model means that driving revenue growth from existing accounts is just as important as capturing new ones.
- Drive revenue execution aligned with annual budgets, operating plans, and long‑term growth objectives
- Lead a regional commercial organization across the following territories:
- English‑speaking Americas
- Spanish‑speaking Americas
- Brazil
- Australia
- Manage and develop territorial leadership, with dedicated leaders for Sales (new business) and Account Management (existing customer growth) in each region
- Define, implement, and continuously improve Cascadia’s sales and account growth processes
- Establish and enforce disciplined pipeline management, including opportunity qualification, stage definitions, and deal review cadence
- Own sales forecasting and quota setting to ensure accurate and reliable revenue visibility
- Manage and optimize the company’s CRM to support forecasting, performance management, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Partner closely with Operations, Technical Services, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery
- Act as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships as required
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing, accountable commercial leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
- Senior leadership experience in a CRO, VP Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a complex, technical, or solutions‑based business
- Demonstrated experience driving revenue expansion within existing customer accounts. Ideally with experience in: Enterprise sales, B2B Saas, Mining Technology.
- Experience leading international, multi‑regional sales and account management teams. Spanish and Portuguese language skills are valued but not necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
