Role Objective
Own revenue.
Build and execute the complete system that converts attention into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
→ Drive daily outbound (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram)
→ Generate and qualify leads
→ Book calls for coaches
→ Close low to mid-ticket offers independently
→ Follow up aggressively until conversion
→ Manage lead tracking (Google Sheets / simple CRM)
→ Build basic funnels (forms, landing pages, scheduling flows)
→ Work closely with founder on offers and messaging
→ Share real market feedback (objections, pricing resistance, demand signals)
KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
→ Daily outreach volume (50–100 messages)
→ Calls booked per day
→ Conversion rate (%)
→ Revenue generated (primary metric)
