Sales Operations Analyst – Renewal Sales Operations (W2 only role)
Overview:
A leading enterprise software organization is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support Renewal Sales Operations with forecasting, analytics, and strategic planning. This role partners closely with VP/AVP-level stakeholders to drive revenue growth, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance operational excellence across global renewal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable insights on business drivers, financial performance, and risks through recurring and ad-hoc analysis
- Support forecasting cycles, including monthly/quarterly projections and pipeline analysis
- Assist with annual sales planning (quota setting, compensation planning input, and process support)
- Develop and refine KPIs to improve sales performance tracking
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Deals Desk, Legal, Order Management, and Sales leadership
- Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives
- Provide pricing and deal support recommendations aligned with business policies
- Execute ad-hoc analyses and reporting for Renewal Sales leadership
Must-Have Requirements:
- 10+ years in Sales Operations or Renewal/Field Operations within a SaaS environment
- Strong experience supporting sales leadership up to executive level
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to interpret large datasets and translate into executive-level insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SaaS industry experience
- Familiarity with sales hierarchy and territory mapping
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled workflow
- Experience supporting annual planning, quota setting, or compensation design (can be learned on the job)
