Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a key partner to Sales leadership. This role is responsible for owning sales forecasting, performance pacing, and data-driven insights across brands, channels, and products, and regions globally.
This is not a traditional finance or administrative reporting role. Instead, it is a strategic partner to Sales—ensuring leadership has clear, accurate, and actionable visibility into performance and outlook. The ideal candidate will enable Sales leaders to focus on driving revenue and leading by independently consolidating data, validating forecasts, and communicating business pacing with confidence.

As a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
Forecasting & Sales Pacing
- Own and communicate sales forecast pacing (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) across brands, channels, regions, and product categories
- Consolidate and synthesize input from multiple sources (e.g., channel leads, Amazon, international markets, strategic accounts) into a unified forecast
- Incorporate key business drivers such as product launches, promotions, and market dynamics into projections
- Provide clear, concise updates to Sales leadership on forecast accuracy and risks/opportunities
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and report and track performance trends, comparisons, and key metrics
- Deliver recurring business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) by brand, channel, and product
- Analyze promotional performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct elasticity modeling and other advanced analyses to inform pricing and demand strategies
- For all channels, focus on performance tracking to goals and profitability by brand, recognizing limited visibility into downstream account management.
Sales Leadership Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner and “right hand” to Sales leadership, particularly in situations where direct input is unavailable
- Represent sales data and forecasting in cross-functional forums such as S&OP discussions
- Ensure leadership can confidently stand behind forecast assumptions and outputs
Demand Planning Support
- Partner with demand planning to improve forecast accuracy and alignment between sales and supply
- Support inventory and demand-related decision-making through data insights
Commission & Incentive Planning
- Partner closely with Finance on sales compensation and incentive plans
- Support commission tracking, reporting, and payout validation
- Help resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Co-own the accuracy and transparency of compensation-related reporting.
You Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, forecasting, demand planning, or a related field
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with experience in forecasting methodologies
- Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with demand planning concepts and S&OP processes is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting sales compensation planning is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- High level of ownership, accountability, and business judgment
Pay Range
Annual Salary: $101,200.00 - $115,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
